Would you like to be a Palette Art Vending Machine Artist?
Palette Art Vending is looking for artists to fill our vending machines with their wonderful works! All items will be for sale through the vending machines. We operate on a consignment model, offering a 40/60 revenue split with local artists. This incentivizes a diverse, high-quality inventory at no upfront cost to the artist. We would like to showcase:
o Miniature art originals and prints
o Stickers
o Enamel pins and buttons
o Small sculptures
o Jewelry
Our machines are built to fit snacks (bag of chips) and candy (candy bar) so when thinking about sizing this is a good place to start. Below are the general sizes for
those two slots:
Small Slot (think bag of M&Ms) Best size: 2.25 w x 4.5 h Vendable Range Width: 2″ –
2.5″ Height: 4″ – 5.5″ Depth – .5″ – 1.5″
Large Slot (think bag of chips) Best Size: 4.75″ w x 5.5″ h Vendable Range: Width: 4.5 –
5″ Height: 4″ – 6″ Depth – .5″ – 1.5″
Package must be clearly labeled with your info and the product info. Clear packaging in your brand is extremely important. It makes your art stand out and ensures people know who to come back to for more work they love! Feel free to include an insert or business card with more
info about you or your work.
Please include stiff backing. This can be chip board or recycled card board. We want to ensure the items sit in the coils well and can vend properly. Items should be heavy enough to fall straight down when dropped.
Please create a sample of product and packaging in one of the photos submitted.
We will let you know when we receive the sample. If everything is approved, we
will ask for 10-20 items to begin.
We pay through Paypal or Zelle. If we want to consign your artwork, we will ask for your preferred payment details. We pay you when your work sells out. If work doesn’t sell out in a few
months, we pay for what sold and send the Artist back the remainder. New work is
stocked into a machine when other items sell out. We will make shout outs on our
social media and hope you will too. We love collaborative posts and reshares-the more
traffic to your site the better!
